Definition of test plans and detailed test cases based on business and technical requirements;. Design and construction of test scenarios and manual test scripts;. Execution of manual tests in both functional and integration testing phases;. Reporting, logging, and follow-up of defects and incidents;. Test coordination, including collaboration with business analysts, developers, and product owners;. Participation in test review meetings and preparation of test progress reports;. Support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.. University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 11 years of relevant working experience in IT;. Hands-on experience in the manual testing of ServiceNow applications in enterprise environments;. Experience with ServiceNow testing practices, including Test Management and Release cycles;. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (e.g., black-box, regression, exploratory testing);. Experience with test case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow Test Management, Zephyr);. Experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira);. Experience preparing test data, ideally using SQL and relational databases;. Familiarity with ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) and HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) modules;. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and their impact on testing cycles;. Awareness of test automation approaches (. though not required to automate. );.
