This hybrid role bridges post-sale customer support and upselling, making it a vital part of our client lifecycle. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, and confident in managing client relationships after purchase — from resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction to recommending new products and encouraging repeat sales. This is a proactive, remote position focused on long-term client engagement, retention, and revenue growth.. Key Responsibilities. . Serve as the first point of contact for post-sale customer questions and support. . Confirm product delivery and resolve issues efficiently. . Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and trust. . Proactively reach out to previous clients to offer repeat purchases or product upgrades. . Identify upsell opportunities and present offers in a non-intrusive way. . Log interactions and feedback to support data-driven decision-making. . Coordinate with sales, logistics, and support teams to ensure smooth after-sale operations. . . Fluent in English and Spanish – both at C1 level or higher (mandatory). . Proven experience in both:. . . Customer Service (post-sale support, satisfaction). . Sales or Upselling (client reactivation, repeat sales). . . Exceptional communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. . Familiarity with remote tools and CRM systems. . Based in European time zones (UTC+0 to UTC+3) preferred. . Candidates from Latin America with neutral/native Spanish accent may also be considered. . . Ideal Candidate Profile. . Positive, energetic, and service-driven personality. .
