Expand into new target markets, with a focus on domestic and regional travelers.. Design and implement loyalty-driven mechanics to foster repeat behavior.. Lead the Revenue Management track:. Scale our dynamic pricing tool and evolve pricing optimization.. Identify, validate, and launch new revenue streams and optimize existing ones.. Set clear objectives, build and prioritize roadmaps, and drive product initiatives from concept to launch.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data, Design, Marketing, Supply) to deliver impactful solutions.. Define and drive KPIs across retention, revenue, and customer engagement; apply insights to continuously refine strategy.. Champion experimentation and A/B testing as a driver of growth and decision-making.. Advanced level of English.. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager.. Strong background in customer retention, monetization, or revenue management.. Ability to define and deliver strategic roadmaps with measurable business impact.. Solid analytical skills; confident working with SQL or similar tools to deep dive into data.. Self-organized, with strong prioritization and time management.. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.. Nice to Have. Experience in OTA / e-commerce platforms.. Knowledge of loyalty programs, subscription models, or gamification mechanics.. Familiarity with pricing optimization and revenue management tools.. Exposure to Machine Learning applications in pricing or personalization.. Company Location: Georgia.
