Corporate Finance Manager at Pavago. About the Role. We are seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis for our client. This remote position involves managing FP&A processes, investment analysis, treasury oversight, and executive reporting while supporting leadership with data-driven financial insights.. What You'll Do. • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles across all departments. • Build financial models for valuation, ROI analysis, and investment decisions. • Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity monitoring. • Prepare monthly management reports, KPI dashboards, and board presentations. • Conduct variance analysis and provide written commentary on performance. • Partner with operations, sales, and product teams on financial strategy. • Supervise and mentor financial analysts and junior team members. • Support M&A activities, due diligence, and investor relations. • Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards and internal controls. • Monitor debt covenants and coordinate with banking partners. What We're Looking For. • 5+ years experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking. • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (DCF, IRR, NPV, scenario analysis). • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting. • Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred. • Experience with M&A transactions and capital raising is a plus. • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) preferred. • SaaS or professional services industry experience is beneficial.
