Holds a law degree (or equivalent) from their home country. 🎓. . At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a U.S. immigration law firm. ⚖️. . Is proficient in legal software like Clio or MyCase (preferred). 💻. . Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written. 🗣️. . Can work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision. 💪. . Familiarity with immigration-specific databases and software. 📊. . Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration procedures, visa types, and forms (family-based, humanitarian, and employment-based immigration). 📋. . Permanently resides in Latin America. 🌍. .
