We’re looking for a hybrid creative talent who can design high-performing static and motion ads while also generating raw creative assets using AI tools.. This role sits at the intersection of design, paid media, and AI experimentation. You will turn briefs, landing pages, and AI-generated outputs into polished, platform-ready ad creatives. You will also experiment with AI video and image tools to rapidly produce and iterate on new visual directions.. You will work closely with a U.S.-based paid ads team in fast iteration cycles. Collaboration with an ads-focused, AI-forward creative team. What You’ll Work On. Ad Design and Production. Turn briefs, landing pages, and AI-generated assets into polished static and motion ads. Produce platform-specific formats including 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, and 16:9. Apply strong layout systems, typography, hierarchy, and brand consistency. Execute finishing work including retouching, overlays, CTAs, and export optimization. Create ad variants for testing and scaling. Motion and Animation. Animate graphics for paid ads, reels, and stories. Add transitions, kinetic typography, logo animations, and layered movement. Elevate static visuals with subtle motion to improve engagement. Optimize motion pacing for performance-driven creative. AI Prompting and Creative Experimentation. Generate video and static creative using AI tools such as Veo, Runway, Midjourney, Higgsfield, or similar. Translate creative direction into precise, production-ready prompts. Reverse-engineer successful ads and build structured prompt libraries. Refine AI outputs and integrate them into the design workflow. Continuously test new tools and workflows for performance advantage. Workflow and Collaboration. Maintain organized files, naming conventions, and version control. Deliver same-day or rapid iterations when needed. Collaborate clearly with paid media strategists and creative leads. Participate actively in feedback loops without lag. What You Bring. 3+ years. of experience designing ads across static and motion formats. Strong portfolio showcasing paid ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Familiarity with Figma or Canva. Understanding of performance creative principles including hooks and scroll-stopping visuals. Experience generating and refining AI-assisted creative assets. Strong eye for typography, spacing, and ad-focused layout discipline. Ability to work quickly in structured iteration cycles. Availability for daily EST or PST overlap. Nice to Have. Familiarity with paid ad specifications across major platforms. Experience enhancing AI-generated raw assets into polished deliverables. Experience working directly with paid ads teams.
