The Contract Recruiter, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, will lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting efforts for roles in Marketing and Client Success/Account Management functions. This is a full-time, 3 to 6-month contractor position. . . Manage a full-cycle recruiting requisition load of 6+ positions concurrently, primarily focused on Client Success/Account Management, SEO & Paid Search. . Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and formulate recruitment strategies that support talent acquisition goals and enhance the candidate experience. . Post job openings and employ diverse recruiting methods to attract qualified candidates, emphasizing creative sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines. . Facilitate the candidate selection and interview process to deliver a superior hiring experience. . Ensure candidates reflect the company’s mission, vision, and values throughout the recruitment process. . Take ownership of your recruiting responsibilities, autonomously managing priorities, tasks, and projects to efficiently fulfill organizational hiring requirements. . Develop strong candidate pipelines and collaborate closely with hiring managers to distinguish exceptional candidates from adequate ones. . Navigate successfully within a high-growth startup environment characterized by ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a fast-paced atmosphere. . Communicate effectively across all levels, adapting communication style to suit different audiences. . Lead regular recruiting meetings with department heads, hiring managers, and teams to provide regular pipeline updates and offer strategic improvements using data-driven insights. . Demonstrate understanding of others' perspectives, needs, motivations, and concerns, adjusting communication for maximum impact and effectiveness. . Requirements:. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting for various disciplines and levels for private, growth-stage companies . . Applicant Tracking System experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required. . Familiarity with Workable ATS highly preferred . . Hands-on expertise with using LinkedIn Recruiter for passive sourcing and outreach required. . Proficiency in extending and negotiating offers, including commission and bonus incentive plans . . Extensive background in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, both in-house and within an agency setting (preferably both). . Strong inclination and capability to identify top talent through innovative sourcing strategies. . Exceptional communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport. . Detail-oriented, strong written and verbal communication and understands responding with urgency. . Experience hiring for a marketing department highly preferred. . Must be available to work full-time on a contract basis for a minimum of 3 months, with the potential to extend up to 6 months. . Compensation:. This is an hourly nonexempt contractor position.
