The Enterprise Officer is a rainmaker to grow sales for our company while also being a systems thinker, anticipator, and empathic leader able to bring together and align various departments, perspectives and goals into a cohesive operation to reach deeper levels of impact across our customer base. The ideal candidate will drive growth by developing, and executing winning strategies, and capturing new business opportunities within the Federal and DoD markets. Chief Enterprise Officer . responsibilities include:. . Business Development:. · Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within Federal and DoD agencies. . · Participate in industry days, conferences, and other forums to understand customer priorities and establish the company's presence. . · Collaborate with the proposal team to develop compliant, compelling, and high-quality responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other solicitations. . . Strategic Leadership. · Provide strategic guidance, input, and leadership during proposal development, ensuring alignment with the capture strategy.. · Provides leadership across all departments in support of the organization’s strategic plan and objectives.. · Partners with the Leadership Team to carry out H2s’s vision and strategy to employees.. . Team Leadership. · Leads across departments to ensure strategies and tactics to meet objectives and goals and implemented.. · Works with the Leadership Team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and employees to achieve business goals. . · Creates, implements and rolls out plans, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and policies all designed to foster growth. . · Works with the Leadership Team to establish annual, quarterly, and monthly strategic priorities and facilitates workflows.. · Supports internal culture and engagement activities.. · Represents H2 at speaking engagements, external meetings, conferences, events and other industry activities. . · Performs other duties as assigned.. Required Experience and Qualifications:. · 10+ years of experience in Federal or DoD capture management or related roles. . · Proven track record of successfully capturing and winning contracts within Federal / DoD agencies, especially in IT services, cybersecurity, program management, and/or consulting. . · Deep knowledge of the Federal procurement lifecycle, including FAR regulations and agency-specific acquisition processes. . · Strong understanding of Federal / DoD agencies' missions, priorities, and challenges. . · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. . · Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.. · Demonstrated experience and achievement in areas such as strategic planning, driving complex projects to completion, building collaborative networks, team optimization and accountability, managing sensitive relationships and projects, and bringing order and rigor to dynamic, high-stakes initiatives. .
