Provide customer support in Lithuanian through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to our products and services.. . Deliver comprehensive information about products, assist with order management, and help resolve any customer issues.. . Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to track feedback and ensure high-quality service.. . Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues effectively.. .
