As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a CRM Manager to join us.. Responsibilities include . . Build, maintain, and continuously improve global lifecycle communications, from onboarding through to re-engagement.. . Create and oversee a testing roadmap to deliver ongoing month-on-month and year-on-year performance improvements.. . Produce regular reporting and insight to drive further improvements. . Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to identify and implement opportunities to enhance user journeys and outcomes.. . Line-manage and support the development of the CRM Executive.. . A little bit about you.. We’d really like to hear from you, if you have. . Ability to quickly understand and optimise CRM journeys, data, audiences, and objectives within the first month.. . Proven ability to analyse data and deliver clear, actionable reporting.. . Hands-on experience with marketer-focused CRM platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Iterable, Braze, dotDigital, or similar).. . Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.. . Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.. . Results-driven mindset with a focus on performance outcomes.. .
