Develop and lead the product marketing strategy, including messaging, value propositions, and positioning across markets and buyer personas. . Craft compelling, customer-focused narratives and storytelling frameworks across touchpoints—from product launches to analyst communications. . Manage go-to-market planning for product releases, ensuring alignment across product, sales, and marketing teams. . Create impactful enablement materials for sales, partners, and analysts that effectively convey product value. . Conduct competitive, market, and customer analysis to support strategic positioning and messaging decisions. . Lead and grow the Product Marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, clarity, and accountability. . Own the content strategy for key website sections, integrating product messaging with brand voice. . . Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced marketing qualifications are a plus. . Minimum 6 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years in a strategic or leadership role. . Proven success developing messaging and storytelling for both technical and commercial audiences. . Experience launching B2B software products, ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or platform-based environments. . Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to distill complexity into clarity. . Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a hands-on approach. . Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to translate them into meaningful product narratives. . Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus, but not required. . Company Location: Poland.
