Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute long-term strategic plans, including growth initiatives, acquisitions, and operational scaling. . Translate business plans into integrated financial models, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs tailored to multi-location and seasonal operations.. Lead enterprise-level financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ROI evaluation to support data-driven decision-making.. Provide scenario analysis and ROI modeling for:. New facility launches . Program and pricing decisions . Marketing spend and customer acquisition . Staffing and capacity planning. Financial Operations & Performance. Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities across multiple entities. . Ensure financial and operational compliance. . Implement proactive cost management and margin improvement initiatives to drive sustained profitability. . Develop dashboards and performance reporting that connect operational KPIs to financial outcomes. . Manage relationships with external investors.. Secure and manage financing for growth initiatives and capital projects. . Oversee treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, debt restructuring, and FX strategy (as applicable). . Systems, Process & Scale.
