Develop and execute quarterly territory and account strategies to build a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.. Solution Selling & Proposal Management. Collaborate with field service technicians and service management to assess client needs.. Recommend and present tailored solutions, including new doors, high-speed doors, dock systems, and preventative maintenance programs.. Prepare and deliver professional proposals for installations, parts, service contracts, and upgrades.. Closing, Negotiation & Relationship Building. Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities, achieving annual sales targets and ensuring profitability.. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (facility managers, plant engineers, operations executives) as a trusted long-term partner.. Market Insight & Cross-Functional Collaboration. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and facility needs to inform sales strategy. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.. Collaborate with internal teams (service, operations, billing) to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction.. B2B Results-Driven Sales Expertise:. 5+ years in B2B outside sales, business development, or new account acquisition preferably in property management, mechanical, or building-materials sectors.. Comfortable selling mechanical solutions, industrial doors, or loading dock systems.. Prior experience with maintenance programs or aftermarket sales is a plus..
