Manage and optimize . high daily ad budgets. . Improve . CAC, ROAS, and LTV. across markets . Test creatives, audiences, and funnels continuously . Work closely with product to improve . conversion & retention. . Identify high-LTV countries and scale winning markets . Build and iterate on growth strategies end-to-end. What we’re looking for. 4. + years of experience. in performance marketing . Proven track record in . scaling B2C mobile apps. . Strong understanding of . ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution. . Experience managing . large ad budgets. . Data-driven mindset (you live in dashboards) . Fast execution, ownership, and startup energy . Experience with subscription apps is a big plus.
