We are currently looking for a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager in Mexico.. This is a fully remote, long-term contract opportunity for a skilled infrastructure project leader with a strong technical background. You'll oversee complex IT infrastructure initiatives — including security hardening, patching, disaster recovery, and monitoring — while collaborating across global teams. Working US business hours, you'll lead projects from planning through delivery, driving execution and mitigating risks with precision. The role offers a dynamic environment that values proactive leadership, technical depth, and multitasking across concurrent initiatives.. Accountabilities:. . Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects including security, monitoring, vulnerability management, disaster recovery, and system hardening.. . Develop detailed project plans, including effort estimates, role identification, and timelines down to the technical task level.. . Oversee multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring proper coordination and delivery across all stakeholders.. . Proactively identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to ensure timely project execution.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a globally distributed environment.. . Utilize ITIL-based processes such as change management, incident resolution, and service management.. . Engage in software project environments when necessary to understand SDLC and product lifecycle impacts.. . . Proven experience managing infrastructure projects such as DR, obsolescence, patching, and hardening.. . Strong technical background in IT operations, systems engineering, or related domains.. .
