Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable back-end services using .NET Core.. . Build and implement key third-party integrations (e.g., Gusto, Intercom, Zenefits, Zapier).. . Collaborate with product managers, designers, and the front-end team to define, develop, and deliver new features.. . Contribute to architecture and code design discussions and reviews to ensure software quality and performance.. . Ensure high code quality and adherence to coding standards while meeting project timelines.. . Actively participate in agile planning and contribute ideas to improve development practices.. . . Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in software development.. . Strong background (3+ years) in .NET and C#, ideally with .NET Core.. .
