Senior Compliance Training Specialist . who will play a critical role in enhancing the company's compliance frameworks, regulatory readiness, and risk posture. The role focuses on regulatory compliance training and oversight across several jurisdictions and requires excellent stakeholder communication skills, proactive mindset, and solid international compliance knowledge.. This is a fully remote position, with collaboration across global teams. Candidates must be available during . late afternoon/evening CET hours. to align with core working hours in North America.. YOU WILL . . Develop, maintain, and deliver engaging . compliance training programs. aligned with global regulations and internal policies.. . Monitor training completion, follow up with stakeholders, and maintain active oversight to ensure compliance adherence across the organization.. . Work closely with business units and compliance stakeholders in multiple regions (UK, US, Canada, the Netherlands, Australia).. . Track and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements; update training materials and processes accordingly.. . Support the continuous improvement of compliance monitoring and testing by aligning assessment insights with strategic planning.. . Ensure structured communication with internal teams and support long-term culture of compliance.. . Collaborate with global compliance leads and contribute to continuous improvement of policies and employee awareness.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Enterprise Risk, InfoSec, and business stakeholders to drive a unified GRC approach.. . Contribute to Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) by conducting vendor risk assessments, completing due diligence questionnaires, and escalating high-risk vendors through governance processes.. . . . 6+ years of experience. in Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, or Internal Audit, preferably in a fintech or consumer finance environment.. . Solid understanding of multiple regulatory environments – especially UK, US, Canada, Australia, and the Netherlands.. . . Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). – required for daily communication, creating training content, and effective collaboration in a fully international environment.. . Strong stakeholder communication and follow-up skills; ability to drive processes proactively.. . Highly effective written and visual communication skills – capable of creating clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate training materials for diverse stakeholder groups.. . Proactive, curious, and eager to contribute to the continuous improvement of GRC capabilities and tooling.. . Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines.. . . Willingness and flexibility to work during late afternoon and early evening hours (approx. 6:00–8:00 PM CET). to ensure effective collaboration with global teams across different time zones.. . Proven experience with GRC tools – ideally . AuditBoard. and . Compliance AI. – will be an asset. . . Company Location: Poland.
