Acting as a strategic and technical advisor, you’ll guide customers through successful implementation and expansion of advanced network security solutions. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Technical Services to ensure clients get the most from their investment. Drive customer adoption by identifying gaps and building personalized success plans aligned to business goals.. . Track and improve customer health metrics, ensuring long-term satisfaction and minimizing churn risks.. . Lead renewal strategies in partnership with the renewals team, proactively addressing risks and opportunities.. . Identify and qualify upsell and expansion opportunities through value-driven engagement and collaboration with sales.. . Cultivate strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, serving as a trusted strategic advisor.. . Host Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and maintain consistent, high-value engagement touchpoints.. . Advocate for customer needs internally, sharing insights and feedback across product and engineering teams.. . Contribute to the customer success knowledge base by documenting use cases, success stories, and best practices.. . . 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar roles in enterprise software.. . Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise customers, preferably in cybersecurity or systems integration.. . Solid technical understanding of network security, compliance, and risk frameworks, including firewalls and APIs (REST, Java).. . Knowledge of cloud (public/private/hybrid) infrastructure, networking (LAN/WAN), and security tools (IDS/IPS, SDN).. . Strong consulting and project management skills; confident in managing executive-level engagements and escalations.. . Excellent communication skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset.. . Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Gainsight is a plus.. . Bonus: Technical proficiency in TCP/IP v4, AWS VPC, VRF, routing, firewall policy configuration, and authentication protocols (LDAP, Radius).. .
