Founders Office Intern at Weekday AI. This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. Location: Remote (India). JobType: full-time. As a Founders Office Intern, you’ll help build the top-of-funnel engine that drives growth. You’ll research target accounts, craft sharp outbound messaging, conduct discovery conversations, and translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value—ultimately booking qualified meetings for founders and solution leads.. This role offers close collaboration with Growth and Delivery teams to shape narratives, test ICP hypotheses, and gain hands-on exposure to how enterprise AI deals are sourced and qualified. Expect ownership from Day 1, fast learning cycles, and a front-row seat to how AI services are sold.. What You’ll Do. . Manage a named list of target accounts across 2–3 priority offerings, mapping buying groups and uncovering pain points. . . Run multi-channel outbound (email, LinkedIn, phone) with high-quality personalization at scale. . . Qualify inbound and outbound leads; schedule and prep founder calls with context-rich notes. . . Design and execute rapid messaging experiments; analyze results and double down on what works. . . Collaborate with Delivery to translate AI use cases into impactful snippets, one-pagers, and Loom demos. . . Maintain CRM hygiene—clean pipelines, logged activities, and clear next steps. . . Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, personalization, and list-building without compromising quality. . . What You’ll Learn. . Mentorship from founders and GTM leaders working on production-grade AI. . . Insights into enterprise AI sales—how problems evolve into pilots and pilots into long-term engagements. . . Who You Are. . Undergraduate or recent graduate with 0–1 year of experience in sales/BD, growth, or startups (internships count). . . Excellent written communicator—concise, persuasive, and detail-oriented. . . Comfortable with outreach volumes, iterative improvement, and data-driven performance. . . Curious about AI and its business applications; eager to learn new concepts quickly. . . High ownership mindset, proactive, and professional on calls. . . Available for 12–24 weeks (full-time preferred; part-time possible for exceptional candidates). . . Tools You’ll Use. . . Drive an enterprise sales campaign within the IT consulting industry. . . Success Metrics. . 50–100 high-quality, personalized touches per day with consistent follow-ups. . . 6–10 qualified meetings/month from outreach and inbound triage. . .
