This role gives you the opportunity to lead a development squad focused on creating outstanding on-site event experiences. You will own the product vision, define priorities, and ensure that features—from login and onboarding to floor plan geolocation—deliver meaningful value to users. Collaborating closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders, you will guide the full feature lifecycle, from research and specifications to delivery. Your decisions will be driven by data, client feedback, and user insights, enabling you to shape innovative solutions in a fully remote and inclusive environment. Lead a dedicated squad of developers and designers to deliver on product objectives.. Define the product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with user and business needs.. Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and co-create solutions.. Conduct UX research, write clear product specifications, and ensure features meet high-quality standards.. Monitor feature adoption, performance metrics, and iterate based on data-driven insights.. Mentor team members and foster a culture of ownership, empathy, and continuous improvement.. 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.. Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working with developers, designers, and stakeholders.. Empathetic, people-first approach to leadership and teamwork..
