Our clients range from direct-to-consumer supplement brands to high-end wellness retreats. We combine data and creativity to tell stories that not only convert, but also inspire.. The Role. We’re hiring a . Creative Strategist. to join our team for 25 hours per week. This is a part-time, remote role with high visibility inside the agency. The strategist will own the creative strategy process across multiple accounts — from client discovery to scripting ads, briefing creators, and analyzing performance.. This is not a “just check the box” kind of role. You’ll be deeply embedded in brands, helping unlock the insights that drive scalable creative and sustainable growth.. Responsibilities. . Develop creative strategies including scripts, hooks, angles, and storyboards for ads. . . Review and QA ad content — distinguish strong ads from weak ones with confidence. . . Collaborate with editors, designers and creators, giving detailed, constructive feedback. . . Stay ahead of TikTok, Meta, and DTC creative trends, proactively recommending new concepts. . . Attend weekly team syncs and be reachable during core hours (9–5 CDT). . . Work closely with the founder and strategist team to ensure creative strategy ties directly to performance metrics. . . Must-Have Qualifications. . Proven agency or client-facing experience in creative strategy, social content, or copywriting. . . Strong proficiency with ChatGPT and other AI tools — you’ll use them daily. . . Background in editing (CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere). . . Confident scripting and storyboarding skills. . . Active on TikTok, Instagram, and Meta platforms. . . Strong eye for what makes an ad perform — ability to call winners vs. duds without hand-holding. . . Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. . . Familiarity with Slack, ClickUp, Figma, Frame.io. . Bonus Points. . Experience in health, wellness, or lifestyle DTC brands. . . Editing & design skills for quick creative iterations. . . CRO knowledge — understanding how ads tie into landing page and funnel performance. . . Company Location: United States.
