As an instructor, you’ll help guide the next generation of women into high-demand tech careers.. As an Online Instructor at SheCodes, you’ll play a pivotal role in teaching and inspiring women in your area of expertise. This is a part-time, fully remote role, ideal for seasoned professionals with hands-on experience and a passion for teaching. You’ll lead three-week courses that are part of a cohort-based, interactive learning platform with live hangouts, community Q&A, challenges, and an engaging support network.. Responsibilities:. . Lead and deliver engaging three-week online courses in your subject area.. . Create and deliver a structured syllabus, setting clear learning objectives.. . Support learners with real-world, project-based challenges and assignments.. . Facilitate live sessions, community Q&A, and interactive discussions.. . Collaborate with the SheCodes team to continuously improve course content.. . Qualifications:. . Proven experience (5+ years) in one of the following fields: Front-End Development, React, Python, AI, and Digital Marketing.. . Strong teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.. .
