In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the audience and maintaining a positive brand image across various social media platforms. Monitor and respond to DMs and comments across multiple social media platforms promptly and professionally.. . Engage with followers by creating meaningful conversations and addressing their inquiries or concerns.. . Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.. . Track and report on engagement metrics, including sentiment analysis and customer feedback.. . Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to enhance engagement strategies.. . Help create content ideas based on audience interactions and feedback.. . 1+ year of experience. in DM setting, community management, customer support, or social media engagement (Instagram preferred). . Strong written communication skills in . English. with the ability to maintain a clear, friendly, and brand-aligned tone. . Experience handling . Instagram DMs and comments. in a professional and timely manner. . Comfortable following . scripts, guidelines, and structured conversation flows. to support lead conversion. . Ability to identify qualified leads and move conversations forward naturally (without sounding robotic or pushy). . Strong attention to detail when replying, tracking conversations, and maintaining consistency in messaging. . Reliable, organized, and responsive with good time management. .
