Execute a high volume of outbound calls to connect with IT and business decision-makers across North America. . Engage prospects and secure registrations for virtual events, webinars, and briefings hosted by clients. . Utilize platforms such as Dexter, Nooks, and HubSpot for managing leads, tracking performance, and maintaining communication logs. . Follow predefined scripts carefully and ensure CRM data is kept accurate and up to date after every call. . Consistently achieve or surpass weekly and monthly performance metrics, including: . . Event Registrations. – Number of qualified leads registered. . . Attendance Rate. – Percentage of prospects attending events. . . Attrition Management. – Reducing no-show rates. . .
