ERP Manager at Weekday AI. This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. Min Experience: 5 years. JobType: full-time. Key Responsibilities. Develop strategies, frameworks, and procedures to ensure efficient ERP rollout and adoption across the organization. . Manage ERP projects of varying sizes and complexities, overseeing full lifecycle implementations from initiation to go-live and post-deployment support. . Create clear, detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation. . Implement effective scope management, risk mitigation, and budget control to ensure successful project delivery according to plan. . Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and presentations to stakeholders and leadership teams. . Design and execute test plans, validate test data, document results, and ensure ERP functionality aligns with business requirements. . Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring strong people management and collaboration throughout project execution. . Ensure ERP customization and configurations meet specific workflow requirements to support operational efficiency. . Create and maintain detailed project documentation, monitor progress, and align deliverables with project timelines. . Oversee database management, data collection, analysis, and the generation of reports and dashboards to support decision-making. . Hands-on experience with .
