Serve as the primary marketing contact for a portfolio of partners, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional partner satisfaction.. . Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing strategies across pre-launch, launch, steady-state, and growth phases.. . Monitor performance dashboards, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve marketing outcomes and partner success.. . Synthesize key insights, plans, and recommendations into executive-level presentations and materials for stakeholders.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including media, analytics, enrollment, project management, and partner success—to align marketing strategies and execution.. . Supervise and guide Brand & Planning Coordinators and collaborate with other Integrated Marketing Directors and Strategists to cultivate best practices.. . Drive continuous improvement of marketing processes, systems, and tools to ensure efficient and scalable operations.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.. . 7–10 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in higher education, education technology, or B2B2C environments.. . Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.. . Previous experience managing direct reports is preferred.. . Strong organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills.. . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.. . Experience in building cross-functional and senior-level relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment.. . Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike or similar platforms.. . Ability to review marketing content and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.. .
