As Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support to our therapists while helping guide the ongoing development of our clinical programs. You will work closely with our clinical and operations teams to support therapists, strengthen clinical systems, and ensure our standards of care remain strong as our practice continues to grow.. The Clinical Manager provides clinical leadership and consultation to a team of therapists while helping maintain high standards of care across the practice.. You are an experienced clinician who exercises strong clinical judgment and feels comfortable supporting therapists through complex clinical situations. You bring deep knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapy and are skilled in providing case consultation, reflective supervision, and practical guidance for a wide range of client presentations.. You are confident in navigating clinical risk and supporting therapists with ethical decision-making while maintaining a strong understanding of regulatory standards across Canada.. You also understand the practical realities therapists face when managing caseloads, maintaining client engagement, and sustaining their practice. You are able to balance clinical excellence with the operational needs of a large and growing group practice.. Most importantly, you are a collaborative and thoughtful leader who enjoys supporting therapists and contributing to a culture of clinical excellence.. Responsibilities:. Provide clinical leadership and consultation to therapists across the practice. Facilitate clinical supervision programming, including oversight of Clinical Lead supervisory programming. Support professional development initiatives focused on clinical excellence and professional practice. Collaborate with the clinical leadership team on strategic planning and service improvements. Review therapist caseloads and support ongoing optimization of client care and service delivery. Act as the hiring manager for therapist contractor recruitment. Support the development and implementation of clinical systems, policies, and procedures that align with regulatory standards. Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources. Support compliance with legal, privacy, and regulatory requirements . Requirements:. Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counselling, or a related field. Registration in good standing with a recognized provincial regulatory body. Minimum five years of experience in a clinical setting, including at least two years in a supervisory or leadership role. Eligibility to fulfill requirements for the Clinical Supervisor designation with the CRPO. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Comfort working with technology and practice management systems such as Zoom, Google Workspace, and Jane. Ideally live within a two-hour commute of the Greater Toronto Area to attend occasional in-person meetings, team events, and off-sites (but candidates further away will still be considered) .
