As a Client Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with existing clients while expanding their use of modern SaaS solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a purpose-driven environment, enjoys consultative selling, and is passionate about supporting mission-oriented organizations. You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle—identifying opportunities, presenting value-based solutions, and closing deals—while working remotely within the Southeastern U.S. and contributing to long-term customer success and revenue growth.. . Accountabilities:. . Drive growth by building and nurturing relationships with existing clients, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.. . Promote and present value-added solutions, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.. . Qualify client needs and recommend relevant tools and services that align with their goals.. . Negotiate pricing and contract terms, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.. . Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in Salesforce.. . Stay current on product features and industry trends to become a trusted advisor.. . Provide exceptional customer support, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.. . . 1+ year of experience in SaaS or B2B sales, ideally in a client-facing or account executive role.. . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.. . Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in leading demos or meetings.. .
