In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the government, defense, and national security sectors in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You’ll build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, navigating complex procurement frameworks and cultivating high-level relationships within government institutions. This is a strategic, quota-carrying role that demands a deep understanding of government contracting, a technical grasp of geospatial solutions, and the ability to drive results in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. Military background and fluency in Arabic are highly valued for success in this position.. . Accountabilities:. . Develop and manage a robust pipeline of government opportunities aligned with sales targets. . Identify, qualify, negotiate, and close complex deals with national defense and intelligence entities. . Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure effective marketing campaigns, technical validation, and post-sale onboarding. . Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders in UAE/KSA defense and intelligence communities. . Navigate government procurement processes and manage contracts from opportunity through execution. . Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and strategic reporting using Salesforce. . Contribute to customer proposals, presentations, and commercial strategy development. . . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. . 6+ years in geospatial or technical sales with government customers. . Demonstrated success selling to defense, intelligence, or national security sectors. . Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English. . Strong knowledge of government procurement practices in UAE and KSA. . Military background and technical understanding of commercial imagery preferred. . Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. . Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. . Self-starter with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. .
