Our client is looking for a Sales Assistant to join their global team and support their Sales and Account Management functions across APAC. This is an operational and administrative role that focuses on supporting the sales team by managing the Quoting and Feasibility (Q&F) process for inbound and new clients.. You will play a critical behind-the-scenes role in ensuring that client requests are handled quickly, accurately, and efficiently—helping our client deliver an excellent experience for every prospect and partner. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.. . Responsibilities. Support the Sales and Account Management teams by handling administrative and operational tasks, particularly related to quoting and feasibility (Q&F) processes. . When clients request a survey quote, contact multiple external panel providers to gather information about cost structures, sample feasibility, and timelines. . Consolidate responses from providers and prepare a clear, structured comparison or cost summary in Excel or other formats. . Present finalized pricing and feasibility reports back to internal stakeholders, summarizing which providers can execute the project, at what cost, and under what conditions. . Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that our client’s programming costs are accurately reflected and combined with external provider quotes. . Maintain organized documentation and track all quote requests, responses, and outcomes for internal reporting and performance tracking. . Support the sales team with additional administrative tasks such as market research, price tracking, and data organization. . Communicate effectively with external providers to maintain strong working relationships and ensure timely, accurate information flow.. Bachelor’s degree in any field. Degrees in quantitative disciplines (Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) are a plus. . Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. . Strong analytical and numerical ability—comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and structured data. . High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills. . Quick learner who can understand new processes and systems fast. . Proactive and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. . Energetic, driven, and eager to contribute to a high-performance team. . Plus points for: . Internship or experience in accounting, finance, banking, audit, or market research..
