Lead and coordinate core software conversion projects from planning to completion, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.. . Define project scope, goals, tasks, and resource requirements in alignment with client expectations.. . Develop and manage detailed project plans and conversion schedules.. . Assign and oversee responsibilities among project staff, facilitating team coordination and support.. . Monitor and track deliverables using project management tools and methodologies.. . Travel to client sites for project initiation and onsite support during conversions.. . Report on project progress and escalate significant issues to Senior Management as needed.. . Adapt to changes and implement solutions to keep projects on course.. . Perform other project-related duties as assigned.. . . . 2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology or financial services sector.. . 1–2 years of experience in credit unions, banking, or fintech is a strong plus.. . Strong skills in resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and project scheduling.. . Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.. . Comfortable traveling to client sites and working in a client-facing environment.. .
