As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the evolution of real-time telephony and voice communication products that power critical customer interactions. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of features, from requirements to launch, while managing performance, compliance, and scalability in a fast-paced environment. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, requiring close collaboration with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams. You will shape tactical roadmaps, analyze data to guide decisions, and ensure adherence to industry regulations. It’s a high-impact opportunity to influence communication systems used by thousands of customers, while contributing to the long-term product vision.. Accountabilities. . Own and deliver end-to-end features and improvements for the voice communications portfolio, including SIP/VoIP integrations, call routing, and contact center solutions.. . Write clear product requirements, user stories, and drive them through development, testing, and launch.. . Monitor product KPIs such as call quality, uptime, and SLA adherence, responding rapidly to performance issues.. . Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot technical problems and manage compliance-driven updates with minimal customer disruption.. . Prioritize backlogs, plan releases, and coordinate dependencies across teams.. . Evaluate customer feedback, research trends, and usage data to guide tactical feature trade-offs and shape the medium-term product roadmap.. . Oversee beta programs and iterate quickly on early-stage voice features while recommending process improvements.. . . 5+ years of experience in product management, telecom, or software development (or 3+ years with an MBA/MS).. . Proven track record of owning a product area and delivering measurable outcomes end-to-end.. . Technical expertise in VoIP/SIP, telecom APIs, or cloud-based communications platforms.. . Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.. . Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulations relevant to real-time communications.. .
