Taking ownership of manual and automated QA testing, freeing up squad time currently spent on testing during delivery.. Around . 70%. of your work will be hands-on manual testing, with the remaining . 30%. dedicated to building and maintaining automation tests.. Creating, maintaining, and executing regression test plans and test cases.. Validating and troubleshooting system integrations, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.. Reviewing and interpreting logs to help with debugging.. Proactively tracking, documenting, and managing issues using Jira.. Supporting two cross-function squads, while collaborating across the wider team.. Must-Haves βœ…. Proven experience in manual and automated QA testing.. Experience with Playwright for automation testing.. Experience working in Node.js and TypeScript environments.. Basic knowledge of SQL (running queries for validation/debugging).. Basic experience with GraphQL, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman).. Strong technical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret logs.. Understanding of bi-directional integrations and system interactions.. Experience using Jira for issue tracking and test management.. Hands-on experience creating and executing regression test plans and test cases.. Strong problem-solving skills.. Proactive, driven, and resourceful, with initiative to improve QA processes.. Ability to prioritise effectively when raising issues.. Good judgment around what issues to raise, how to raise them, and when.. Collaborative mindset, enjoying supporting others in a positive, team-oriented environment.. Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).. Nice-to-Haves 🌟. Experience testing integrations across complex systems.. QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB) or equivalent.. Background in HR Tech or testing AI-enabled products..
