Close rate: 25–35%+ of attended calls. Follow-up close rate: 10–15% from undecided leads. CRM compliance: 100% of calls logged with notes/tag within 24 hrs. Calls handled:. Part-time (25 hrs/week): 10–15 calls/week. Strong objection handling skills (price, timing, hesitation). Confident and persuasive communication style. Ability to build trust and rapport quickly. Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset. Comfortable working with KPIs and performance target. Fluent, professional English (spoken and written). CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred).
