Senior Graphic Designer at Groundfloor. SUMMARY: Groundfloor Finance is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to be the creative force behind our brands visual evolution. Taking charge of our brand design and visual identity, you’ll craft compelling designs that resonate within the real estate investment and fintech sectors. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage a diverse range of design projects, and ensure our brand identity stays consistent across all platforms. With a focus on innovation and strategic design, you’ll play a key role in communicating our brand’s message. . THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF: . . You have a deep understanding of design principles and a keen eye for detail, always striving to produce high-quality, polished work.. . You have experience working on branding projects and enjoy taking a company’s visual identity to the next level.. . You’re comfortable with both digital and print media, and you know how to optimize designs for various platforms whether it’s social media, website graphics, investor reports, or marketing collateral.. . You’re a clear communicator, able to present ideas effectively to internal stakeholders and make design decisions based on business needs and brand strategy.. . You welcome constructive feedback and see collaboration as a path to better design outcomes.. . A DAY IN THE LIFE: . . Support and facilitate the brand refresh process, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the new visual identity aligns with company goals and market positioning.. . Create compelling designs for digital ads, investor presentations, website graphics, social media content, and print materials that effectively communicate the company’s message.. . Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and ensure visuals align with strategic objectives.. . Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize deliverables that meet business objectives.. . Work with web and development teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements across digital properties, providing a cohesive user experience.. . YOUR EXPERIENCE + A FEW NICE TO HAVES:. . 8+ years of experience in Graphic Design. . Experience working for a high growth startup. . Experience with a focus on branding and visual identity in Real Estate, Finance, Fintech, or directly within lending and investing sectors. . A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise and ability to translate complex financial concepts into compelling, clear, and effective visual communications. . Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe and other relevant tools. . Proven experience leading design projects and managing the creative process from concept to execution, with an ability to meet the distinct needs of both lending and investing business units. . Animation and motion design skills are a huge plus! Experience with tools like After Effects, Lottie, or Principle is especially valuable for bringing our brand to life across social, product, and investor communications. .
