We move quickly, work efficiently, and enjoy an environment defined by competence.. We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our product team. This person will own project execution from start to finish - keeping timelines on track, coordinating across departments, and ensuring technical and operational details are aligned. The role requires someone who is deeply organized, thrives in fast-moving environments, and can bridge the gap between technical requirements and business outcomes. . Position Responsibilities:. Own project plans: define timelines, milestones and deliverables across multiple categories (supplements, food, skincare).. . Coordinate with formulators, R&D, operations, design and marketing to ensure alignment and execution. . . Support packaging, compliance, and product development workflows with enough technical knowledge to make informed decisions.. . Manage dependencies and proactively identify risks or blockers. . .  . Basic Qualifications:. . 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager in CPG, food, nutrition, cosmetics, or consumer health. . . Familiarity with technical product workflows (ingredients, formulations, packaging, compliance, or similar). . . Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven record of delivering projects on time. . . Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously. . . Preferred Skills:. . Experience in nutrition, food science, supplement, or skincare industries. . . Understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA, MoCRA, EU food rules, etc.). . . Background in operations or cross-functional program management. . . Company Location: United States.
