Your responsibilities will include managing patient records, coordinating appointments, and providing assistance with treatment plans and patient follow-ups, all while utilizing the latest technology and software to enhance efficiency.. Assist orthodontists with treatment planning and case management. . Coordinate patient appointments and manage scheduling efficiently. . Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. . Provide virtual support for patient consultations and follow-up care. . Communicate effectively with patients to inform them about treatment processes, timelines, and expectations. . Manage and order dental supplies as needed. . Support the orthodontic team with administrative tasks as required. . . Must hold a DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree or equivalent. . Previous experience in orthodontics preferred. . Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. . Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.. . Experience with dental software and virtual communication tools. .
