Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the Oil & Gas sector.. . Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, etc.).. . Resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.. . Document and track customer interactions and follow up as necessary.. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.. . Understand and communicate technical information related to energy services.. . Meet and exceed performance targets set by the organization.. . . Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.. .
