You will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, shaping the reliability and efficiency of critical systems in a dynamic environment.. Accountabilities:. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release management processes to support efficient software delivery.. Apply SRE best practices to monitor, optimize, and maintain production systems across multiple platforms.. Develop, test, and document system components and applications according to established standards.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.. Implement ITIL-based processes for change, release, and configuration management leveraging CMDB and data-driven insights.. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve moderately complex technical issues to ensure system reliability.. Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support to junior engineers and development teams.. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.. Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, release engineering, or related IT roles.. Strong knowledge of structured analysis, technical design, databases, and file access methods.. Experience with mainframe, client-server, and Windows-based applications..
