Process incoming invoices, receipts, and other paperwork. . Assist with uploading and approving incoming purchase orders. . Assist with preparing and sending invoices in Quickbooks Online. . Maintain customer information in Quickbooks Online. . Assist with occasional purchasing tasks. . Assist with special events and projects as required. . Other duties as assigned. . BA/BS degree required. Prior experience with administrative tasks preferred but not essential.. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:.
