Product Specialist at Weekday AI. This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. Salary range: Rs 600000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 6-15 LPA). Min Experience: 1 years. JobType: full-time. As a Product Specialist, you will develop deep product knowledge, act as a subject-matter expert, and help internal and external stakeholders make the most of the product. Develop a strong understanding of the product’s features, use cases, workflows, and competitive positioning . Act as a product expert to support Sales, Pre-sales, and Customer Success teams during demos, onboarding, and client discussions . Assist in gathering customer feedback, feature requests, and pain points, and communicate insights to the Product team . Collaborate with Product Managers to support product launches, feature rollouts, and go-to-market initiatives . Create and maintain product documentation, FAQs, training materials, presentations, and demo scripts . Conduct product walkthroughs, internal training sessions, and enablement programs for cross-functional teams . Analyze product usage data and customer behavior to identify adoption gaps and improvement opportunities . Support issue triaging by coordinating with Engineering, QA, and Support teams when product-related concerns arise . Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer expectations to help refine product positioning . Required Skills & Competencies. Strong understanding of product concepts, user experience, and customer-centric thinking . Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly . Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, feedback, and usage metrics . Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills . Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment . Attention to detail and a problem-solving approach . Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (preferred) . Qualifications & Experience. 1–6 years of experience as a Product Specialist, Business Analyst, Pre-sales, Product Operations, or a related role . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field . Experience working with SaaS, digital products, or technology platforms is a plus . Exposure to tools such as CRM systems, product analytics platforms, or documentation tools is desirable. Company Location: India.
