Join a dynamic data team as a Data Analytics Engineer, contributing to the development and scaling of cutting-edge data pipelines that power critical business decisions. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between engineering and analytics, working closely with internal experts and external stakeholders to ensure clean, reliable, and actionable data. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable data workflows using modern cloud-native tools, while optimizing performance and ensuring data integrity. Accountabilities. . Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to transform raw, complex data into reliable, usable datasets for analytics and reporting.. . Manage and scale business logic within data pipelines, ensuring high-quality output across multiple datasets.. . Collaborate with analysts and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.. . Interface directly with clients to understand data complexities and provide accurate, actionable insights.. . Leverage cloud-native technologies (Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Dataproc) and open-source tools such as DBT, Airflow, and Apache Spark.. . Monitor and optimize pipeline performance, implementing automation where appropriate.. . Document workflows, maintain data integrity standards, and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.. . . 3+ years of professional experience writing production-ready code in Python, DBT, Scala, Java, or similar.. . Highly proficient in SQL and relational data concepts, able to design and explain complex data models.. . 2+ years of experience managing and optimizing data pipelines; familiarity with structured finance datasets is a plus.. . Experience with big data processing frameworks and cloud-based architectures.. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on performance and scalability.. . Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to work with analysts, engineers, and clients effectively.. .
