We’re hiring a Project Manager to support 1–2 of our largest clients and help execute complex advertising campaigns. This role is the operational hub — managing approvals, coordinating timelines with our digital ads team, maintaining sequencing schedules, and helping coordinate production and post-production workflows.. If you’re hyper-organized, detail-obsessed, and energized by keeping a lot of moving parts on track, you’ll do great here.. Responsibilities. Own day-to-day project management for 1–2 major client accounts across creative, media, and production workstreams. Manage multiple approval chains — tracking feedback, routing revisions, and documenting final sign-offs. Coordinate with our digital ads team on ad placements, specs, trafficking timelines, and launch readiness. Oversee ad sequencing schedules (what runs when, where, and in what order) and ensure the correct versions go live. Maintain clean systems for file organization, naming conventions, version control, and asset delivery. Help coordinate ad shoots (scheduling, stakeholders, shot lists, deliverables) and keep post-production timelines on track. Run status check-ins, flag risks early, and keep teams aligned on deadlines and next steps. Preferred: at least one full cycle of campaign experience. (electoral, advocacy, or political advertising experience counts). Demonstrated project management skill — building timelines, managing dependencies, and pushing work to completion. Excellent attention to detail and comfort juggling multiple parallel projects. Strong written communication and follow-through. Experience working with creative teams, media teams, and/or production workflows is a plus. Company Location: United States.
