Build progressive training plans that prioritize strength, mobility, endurance, and injury prevention. Monitor client performance, track progress, and make data-informed adjustments to training programs. Educate clients on proper movement mechanics, breathing techniques, and recovery strategies. Maintain high coaching standards in a remote environment, ensuring safety and effectiveness during live sessions. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in strength and conditioning or functional fitness coaching. Strong expertise in kettlebell coaching, including foundational and advanced movements. Proven experience conducting live online coaching sessions with individuals or groups. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to cue, correct, and motivate clients remotely. Solid understanding of strength training principles, movement patterns, and progressive overload. Ability to build rapport and maintain client engagement in a virtual coaching environment.
