You'll be working with some of the most culturally influential brands in wellness, CPG, cannabis, and performance. We’re small, and fast, and we scale brands through relentless testing, top-tier creativity, and media precision.. This role is perfect for a creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, moves quickly from idea to execution, and understands that results > aesthetics. You’ll be creating a high volume of static and video ads using a mix of client assets, UGC, and AI tools - constantly testing, learning, and iterating to drive performance across Meta (and occasionally TikTok/Google).. What You’ll Be Doing. . Design static and animated ad creative for Meta (IG + FB) using client assets, UGC, and brand guidelines. . Edit UGC-style videos for paid social (cutting hooks, adding overlays, text, transitions, pacing for thumb-stopping performance). . Use Figma to mock up concepts, edit brand assets, and organize creative for internal and client reviews. . Quickly iterate on winning ads to produce high volumes of creative variations (hooks, formats, framings). . Experiment with AI tools (ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, Veo, DALL·E, etc.) to generate visuals, concept ideas, and accelerate production. . Work closely with Creative Leads and Media Buyers to understand what’s working and what needs testing. . Maintain strong attention to detail while moving at startup speed. . You’re a Fit If You:. . Have 3–5 years of experience designing performance ads (Meta preferred). . Are an expert in Figma and Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, or similar). . Have experience editing raw UGC or repurposing brand content for ads. . Understand the difference between content and ads that convert. . Are highly creative but grounded in performance data and iteration. . Love working fast, solving problems, and making a lot of good creative. . Stay on top of emerging trends in paid social, UGC, and AI tools. . Bonus Points. . Experience working in performance marketing or at a growth-focused agency. . Familiarity with AI tools like Runway, Veo, or ChatGPT for ad production. . Comfort designing for other channels like TikTok or YouTube Shorts. . Motion graphics experience. .
