Lead the design of AI-supported mobile experiences, focusing on iOS and Android platforms.. . Create user-centered workflows that improve accessibility, engagement, and effectiveness of therapy.. . Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI/ML teams to integrate design with technology.. . Contribute to cross-platform design solutions, ensuring consistency across mobile and web experiences.. . Develop and maintain design systems, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI assets in Figma.. . Incorporate user research and accessibility standards into the design process to enhance inclusivity.. . Iterate on motion design and micro-interactions to improve usability and delight in AI-driven features.. . . . 5+ years of professional experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing shipped products.. . Proven experience designing native mobile applications (iOS and Android) with a mobile-first mindset.. . Expertise in Figma for end-to-end product design, prototyping, and design system contribution.. . Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and ideally AI/ML teams.. .
