Deliver outstanding customer service in Nordic languages through phone, email, and chat regarding aviation-related inquiries. . Assist customers with flight reservations, status updates, and changes to itineraries. . Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. . Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution. . Gather customer feedback to enhance our offerings and improve service quality. . Stay informed about aviation industry trends and changes to inform and assist customers effectively. . . Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English, with strong communication skills. . Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally. . Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or aviation industry, is preferred. . Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. . Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. .
