Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.. . Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.. . Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and returns.. . Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.. . Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system accurately and promptly.. . Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and deliverables.. .
