The Remote Cold Caller will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, senior living facilities, and other potential referral sources across Michigan. Your primary goal will be to introduce our agency, educate prospects about our services, and generate qualified leads or appointments for our intake or business development team.. Key Responsibilities:. . Make high-volume outbound calls to potential referral sources within Michigan. . . Introduce and explain our home health services in a clear, professional manner. . . Identify decision-makers and gatekeepers at physician offices, clinics, rehab centers, hospitals, and senior communities. . . Secure qualified leads or schedule follow-up appointments for the internal team. . . Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and contact information in CRM software. . . Follow call scripts and adhere to agency guidelines and HIPAA compliance standards. . . Report daily/weekly activity and performance metrics to the supervisor. . . Requirements:. . Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (healthcare experience preferred). . . Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills. . . Comfortable handling objections and remaining professional under pressure. . . Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet quotas. . . High-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment. . . Familiarity with Michigan’s home health care landscape is a plus. . . Experience using CRM or call-tracking tools. . .
