In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to logistics operations and supply chain management.. Your fluency in French will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, helping them navigate our services, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.. Responsibilities. . Deliver high-quality customer service in French through phone, email, and chat regarding logistics and supply chain inquiries. . Assist customers with tracking shipments, order processing, and operational challenges. . Resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain a high level of professionalism. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution. . Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our services. . Stay informed about industry trends and developments in logistics and supply chain. . . Fluency in French and English, with strong oral and written communication skills. . Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to resolving issues effectively. . Prior experience in customer service within the logistics or supply chain industry is advantageous. . Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. . Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. . Genuine interest in logistics and supply chain processes. . Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus. .
